Contribution Rules
1. An individual may make an unlimited amount of contributions to the committee during each calendar year using a credit card in the name of the individual. 2. A partnership, limited liability company, limited partnership, sole proprietorship, a trustee or receiver of an unincorporated entity, or an unincorporated firm may make an unlimited amount of contributions to the committee during each calendar year using a credit card in the name of the business organization. 3. A corporation or labor organization may not exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000) apportioned in any manner among all statewide candidates during any calendar year using a credit card in the name of the corporation or labor organization. 4. If the committee receives a contribution from a joint credit card, the contribution will be recorded as having been made by the person who authorized the transaction. If the transaction is authorized by both persons or is accompanied by instructions specifying the contributor, then the contribution will be recorded accordingly. 5. The committee may not accept contributions from foreign nationals and certain persons affiliated with regulating the gambling industry. 6.
